What is the LoneSock e-commerce service?
A custom e-commerce platform engagement covering storefront, checkout, payments, fulfillment, and analytics. BizRP supplies the commerce backend when its ERP-style inventory and order model fits, or we build a standalone Next.js plus Go stack tailored to the client's catalog, geography, and payment relationships.
For pure Bangladesh catalogs we integrate SSLCommerz, bKash PGW, Nagad, and City Bank E-Commerce directly using the client's own merchant accounts. For international plays we add Stripe or the regional acquirer. Shopify and WooCommerce are recommended when they are honestly the best fit.
Capabilities
Four pillars of a real commerce platform.
Storefront speed, payment routing, courier integration, and inventory accuracy. The unglamorous parts that decide repeat-purchase rate.
Mobile-First Storefront
Server-rendered Next.js with edge caching. Sub-second LCP on mid-range Android. Localized for Bangladesh and the diaspora markets clients sell into.
Bangladesh-Native Payments
SSLCommerz, bKash PGW, Nagad, City Bank E-Commerce on the client's own merchant accounts. Smart routing, retry logic, reconciliation reports.
Courier Integration
Pathao, RedX, Paperfly APIs. Weight and zone rate cards, label printing, webhook status updates flowing back to the customer's order page.
Multi-Warehouse Inventory
Per-warehouse stock, low-stock alerts, supplier reorder PO generation, FIFO and LIFO costing. Every store becomes a shipper if the catalog supports it.

FAQ
Frequently asked.
- What is the LoneSock e-commerce service?
- It is a custom e-commerce platform engagement covering storefront, checkout, payments, fulfillment, and analytics. BizRP can supply the commerce backend when its ERP-style inventory and order model fits, or we build a standalone Next.js plus Go stack tailored to the client's catalog, geography, and payment relationships.
- Which payment gateways do you integrate for Bangladesh?
- SSLCommerz and bKash PGW directly using the client's own merchant account. Nagad through the published API. Card acquiring via SSLCommerz or City Bank E-Commerce. Smart routing and retry logic across providers are part of the build, not a custom add-on.
- What about courier and logistics integration?
- Pathao, RedX, and Paperfly APIs are standard. We integrate weight-based and zone-based rate cards, label printing, and webhook-driven status updates so the customer sees real tracking from inside the order page rather than a third-party portal.
- How fast does the storefront need to load?
- Server-rendered Next.js with edge caching ships first-byte under 200 ms and Largest Contentful Paint under one second on a mid-range Android over a typical Bangladesh 4G connection. Mobile-first is the default, not a tickbox.
- Can the storefront integrate with existing ERP or accounting software?
- Yes. We have integrated with Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and bespoke ledgers via REST, SOAP, or scheduled file exchange. Two-way sync of products, stock, customers, and orders is the standard pattern.
- How does this compare to Shopify or WooCommerce?
- Shopify and WooCommerce are excellent off-the-shelf options. We build custom when the client needs multi-warehouse fulfillment, B2B pricing tiers, Bangladesh-specific payment and courier integrations beyond what the off-the-shelf plugins support, or sovereign hosting on the KaritKarma Tier-3 DC.
