Terms of Service

By accessing or using lonesock.pro (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms govern the website. Paid engagements with LoneSock Consultancy are governed by a separate written contract and any statement of work attached to it, which take precedence over these site terms for the engagement.

Content, code, and design of the lonesock.pro website are owned by LoneSock Consultancy and KaritKarma Limited. The LoneSock and KaritKarma names, logos, and product names (including but not limited to Wenme, Darwan, BitsPath, BizRP, Loom, Professional Vault, NewsForge, Sotto, IntraPay, Aegis, Hold.bd, ViewCasta, ISPChamp, Kuhok, Boooks, Rating, QRID, TripStream, Pressable, Exit.bd) are trademarks of their respective owners.

For paid engagements, full source code delivery is standard. The client owns the source code, infrastructure definitions, and documentation produced under the statement of work, subject to the commercial terms of that statement. KaritKarma platform products themselves remain owned by KaritKarma and are licensed for use by the client under separate product terms.

The Service may link to KaritKarma product pages and other third-party sites. LoneSock has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Specific service-level commitments for paid engagements are set out in the engagement contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoneSock and KaritKarma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless a different jurisdiction is agreed in the engagement contract.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
